Junior UI/UX Designer

The role

StockRepublic is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Product Designer with UI/UX skills to join our growing tech and design team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer to contribute to a dynamic environment, work on innovative projects, and grow professionally.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the design process for new features and improvements on our web and mobile applications.

• Contribute to design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand user needs and project goals.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Ensure the consistency and coherence of the overall user experience.

• Create, manage and maintain design systems for our products and customer projects.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

We believe that you have:

• Demonstrated experience working with design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.

• A passion for UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• 1-2 years of previous experience in design roles.

• An ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Location

We are working in a flexible hybrid setup. But as the office and most of our colleagues are located in Stockholm, we are seeking candidates who are based in the Stockholm area to join our team.
