Deeper Context and Real Investor Activity on Every Company Page

A company page is where a customer decides whether to hold, add, or sell. Portfolio Pulse, the personalized investment feed inside your app, has one for every stock, fund, and ETF.
We’ve rebuilt that page to go well beyond a price and a headline. It brings research, events, and your own investor base’s real trading activity into one view. That’s everything a customer needs to make an informed decision about what they hold.
What’s New
- A structured read on the news: The latest summary is broken into The story, Why it moved, What’s next, and Bottom line. A customer can read all four in under a minute, or jump straight to the Bottom line for the takeaway.
- Key dates: A timeline of earnings, buybacks, acquisitions, and catalysts: what already happened, and what’s scheduled next. Each past entry names the publisher that reported it, so a claim can be traced back rather than taken on faith.
- Top investor activity: A four-week view of buys versus sells among your platform’s best-performing investors, plus how many of them hold a position at all. Not sentiment inferred from social chatter, but actual executed trades.
- Personal context: For customers who already own the instrument, the page also shows what the news means for them: share of portfolio, one-week move, and the impact on their total portfolio. The same news reads differently at a 15% weighting than at 1%.
Bullish and Bearish Arguments
The page lays out both sides of the case for every instrument, drawn from current market news: three bullish arguments and three bearish ones, each expandable for the reasoning behind it, and each refreshed as the research updates.
Seeing them side by side, at equal weight, shows your customer what supports their view and what threatens it, not just half the picture.
It also means no company page on your platform ever shows only one side of the story. That matters to your customers, and to your compliance team.
Plain Language, by Design
Every piece of jargon is explained where it appears. A buyback is “a company repurchasing its own shares.” Gross margin is “the share of sales kept after costs.”
This isn’t decoration. A customer can only make an informed decision about something they understand. Explaining the vocabulary in place, rather than linking out to a glossary nobody opens, is how a company page becomes something a first-time investor can finish.
Built on Data Only You Have
Your own data is the part nobody can copy. Every provider can license a news feed and run a model over it. No provider can show your customers what your platform’s best-performing investors are buying this month. That data belongs to you, and only you.
Top investor activity turns a commodity research page into something a customer can’t get anywhere else. The company page stops being a dead end and becomes a reason to stay in your app.
It’s already wired in. The company page is part of Portfolio Pulse. Whether you integrate via our API or embed Portfolio Pulse as a WebView in your app or on the web, your customers already have it.
Most company pages answer the easy question: what the price did. We built ours to answer the hard one: what happened, what it means for the customer’s portfolio, and what the people who are actually good at this are doing about it.
