    We're hiring a Sales Lead to manage our sales process, build client relationships, and secure strategic deals.

    The role

    As Sales Lead, you will play a crucial part in StockRepublic's growth. You will start working closely with our CCO, Johan, who has today's main sales responsibility. The role lets you take ownership of the entire sales process, where we encourage you to continuously question our ways of working and aren't afraid of trying new things to ensure that we constantly improve.

    We are working towards a small group of clients where you, as Sales Lead, need to understand and prioritize what is best for StockRepublic. The goal is not to close a lot of deals, but the right ones.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Strategically prospect new clients.

    • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.

    • Understand the needs and motivations of clients and end users.

    • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.

    We believe that you

    • Have worked in the SaaS and/or tech industry, preferably in a startup environment.

    • Are comfortable handling stakeholders within different areas of the business.

    • Enjoy taking initiatives and executing them.

    • Are communicative, structured, and self-propelled.

    • Understand the importance of persistence in sales.

    • It’s a plus if you have experience in fintech and have worked B2B2C.

    Location

    We are working in a flexible hybrid setup. But as the office and most of our colleagues are located in Stockholm, we are seeking candidates who are based in the Stockholm area to join our team.
