Product Growth Lead
The role
Product Growth Lead is a perfect opportunity for you who wants to be in a high-ownership role where your work and insights affect the product. Reporting to our CCO, Johan, you'll be at the heart of things. You'll work with both various internal stakeholders and our clients, where understanding the market and end-user is a must. As there's no ready-made way to do things, it's great if you enjoy taking a proactive and creative approach to finding new solutions to achieve the desired results.
Main responsibilities:
Identify and understand how users engage with our products, apps, and features, with the aim of increasing user adoption on both our clients' platforms and our own.
Responsible for monitoring analytics from our apps to ensure continuous growth, retention, and stickiness.
Leading and driving internal projects aimed at enhancing user conversion rates.
Lead and drive external projects with customers to boost their marketing initiatives.
Create and implement product-related growth tactics.
Follow up on new implementations.
We believe that you:
Have a couple of years of experience working with growth, marketing, or product development related to a consumer-facing service or product.
Have experience in developing high-quality user experiences.
Possess a mix of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, and business savviness.
Have experience and feel comfortable with driving cross-team projects outside of your domain
It's a plus, not a must if you:
Have some kind of data analytics background or similar from what you can understand and make analysis from dashboards.
Have worked within the personal finance or social media business.
As a person you:
Are curious about your environment and your approach, understanding this promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Know that challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but keep being persistent to adapt and overcome them.
Are data-driven in your way of working and decision-making to achieve the best possible results.

We are working in a flexible hybrid setup. But as the office and most of our colleagues are located in Stockholm, we seek candidates based in Stockholm to join our team.
